Who we are

Hi, I'm Hillary, and along with my husband David, we're the proud owners of Poppy's Ice Cream!

We're also the folks behind some of your other favorite spots in Downtown Tavares: Nautilus Coffee Co., The Argonaut Bar and Lounge, Ironworks Steakhouse, and The Citrus on the Lake: Boutique Hotel.

We're passionate about our community and are dedicated to making Tavares a destination where memories are made. We love creating immersive experiences for our guests, and Poppy's is no exception!
